Resources not downloading

Recently purchased a number of volumes of Bilbliotheca Sacra journals. I previously owned volumes 172-177, this was to complete my collection back to volume 1. These journals have never downloaded to my computer. The do show on the web app, but haven't downloaded to the desktop version. Any thoughts or ideas?

The rest of the series is showing as being part of my print library, which they aren't. When I try to open one of the journals I get the message "You don't have a license to view this book."

You may need to call Logos (once this version goes live).

Have you restarted the app? Your computer?

I know that I have read someone having a similar issue, but doing a search for "print" is worthless.
