Hyperlinks not working
Hello, I have 29.1.22, All Logos 10 Features. I have just upgraded. If I click on any hyperlink anywhere (including the Home screen) it does not work.
Is there any setting that needs to be changed? I use Chrome.
Thanks

From what - and what platform are you running Logos on?
If I click on any hyperlink anywhere (including the Home screen) it does not work
If you hover over a hyperlink do you get a popup?
Is there any setting that needs to be changed?
Not that I can think of
I use Chrome.
Are the hyperlinks you are clicking going to somewhere on the Internet or somewhere within Logos? If the latter, then the browser doesn't play a part

I have a:
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
32GB RAM
Windows 11 PRO
1 TB SSD
Previously I had Logos 10 Starter.
If I hover I do see the text like your image.
If I click on any image that should take me to the internet (eg www.logos.com) nothing happens
Also if I click on any clip in Media it does not play the clip.

Try a different browser e.g. Edge.
Change your setting for Enable Hardware Acceleration (in Program Settings) if you cannot play a video clip in Logos (what value does it have?).

Hi Graham and Dave,
Thanks for your help.
So I changed the default browser to Edge and both issues were resolved. I do think that Logos needs to change and allow usage of other browsers. I have used Google Chrome for years and dont see why I need to change just so I can use Logos. How can this feedback be given to the Logos Technical team so this can feature can be added to the next release?

I doubt that Logos is at fault. I would recommend
- uninstall Chrome and delete any leftover Chrome folders in your user and system folders.
- reinstall Chrome and ensure it is the default browser in Settings > Apps > Default apps.
