Factbook issues
I am having the same issue as this thread on Win 10. 
When I restarted Logos it will open but it takes 3 or so minutes to populate. My internet is at 5 bars and everything else within Logos loads quickly.

Thanks again for the report. Could you please upload your log files and attach that on a reply using the paperclip icon? It be helpful to know know which page you are attempting to access and whether the issue occurs on all pages or only specific ones.

I could not get logs to work but everything was fixed after doing a forced reset of Logos and then my PC.
