Please consider giving a reply back after you've been using it --  and let us all know how you're liking the Stream Deck with Logos.

Hey Scott, I've been using streamdeck with Logos, primarily because of this thread. However, I bought the 15 button streamdeck and I didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to customize your profile so I had to make my own. I haven't dialed it in as much as I'd like to (yet, lots of tinkering) but this is what I've got so far:

    T
he first row is the highlights that I use, and the ability to erase the highlights. (I'd like to add a shortcut for creating a note from a highlight, but I haven't been able to figure this out yet)

Second Row opens a custom layout, notes tool, library (in floating panel), search, and toggles the IL pane

Third Row opens NKJV, NLT, Factbook, Library, and goes Home.

I'd love to be able to use some of the shortcuts you've created, but the way streamdeck is set up doesn't allow me.

Do you know how I can download/copy specific shortcuts from your profile and set it to mine? Or would it only work if you had a 15 key streamdeck as well?

    Good morning Frank,

Thanks for sharing and congratulations on getting Stream Deck working with Logos!

Someone on this thread had been trying to use my profile on a smaller Stream Deck; I don't believe they were successful.

But, you can of course use any of my button icon images -- but you'd need to manually create each button. The good news: I put the keyboard shortcut right on each button image, so that should make it quite a bit easier.

    E.g.: C+S+F11 = [CTRL]+[SHIFT]+[F11] which is "Dock Panel"

    Blessings!

    Scott,

Thanks for a response. However, the link seems to no longer valid. Did I miss something?

Would you please post the new link?

Sorry Scott, somehow I just got it thanks! I copied the link and posted it in my browser and it went straight to by Stream Deck.

Thank you so much for sharing! I think this is going to be a wonderful way of speeding up my Bible study. I am sure it is also blessing for others who have a Stream Deck.

I will share my responses as I get a chance to work with it.

    Blessings!

Fabulous Bishop, I'm glad the download started working. It's enjoyable to get Stream Deck all laid out and setup -- but not as enjoyable as using it with Logos! Have a fabulous day.

Just uploaded a new version... well over 700 icons now. But most importantly, the PowerPoint Source file is included.

Added icon images for the following programs:
    - OpenRGB
    - DisplayFusion
    - Philips Hue
    - Google Home
    - Etc.

Please use the download link in the first post. Here are a few screenshots of some of the newer icons. Blessings!

I have been trying this out. I have all the same settings for opening a layout but it doesn’t open after Logos starts. If I run the macro a 2nd time with Logos open, it does open the layout. It almost seems like it is running through the commands too quickly.

I am still trying to determine if pushing a few buttons saves any time while working in Logos. So far it seems I am just creating shortcuts for buttons that are already in Logos.

The tech geek side of me wants to keep playing with this though...

Hi Tim! Sorry for the late response. You've raised some great points...

Opening a Layout - Are you suggesting that you want a button to A) Launch Logos ... and then B) Load a layout? If so, you will need to add a Stream Deck delay. I rarely use Stream Deck to launch apps (I do have some that launch a host of files and apps but not for Logos). I generally use the Stream Deck buttons for macros that run after the app is launched; I don't have any problems with Stream Deck moving through commands too quickly, but again, delays may be helpful.

Pushing a Few Buttons Save any Time - I'm a keyboard maniac; I'll never use the mouse unless I absolutely must; I (insanely) have 100's of keyboard shortcuts (I have an entire map to help me with them all). But there are things I do in some apps (such as Logos) that I simply don't use frequently enough, to commit to my already overburdened shortcut memory real estate (in my brain). Of special note, my Logos Stream Deck Keys, have the built-in keyboard shortcut written right in the icon -- so everytime I use a Logos Stream Deck command, I can memorize the keyboard shortcut -- that is, actually, the Logos icons are an entire illuminated map (legend) of the Logos Keyboard Shortcuts.

Tech Geek Side - Indeed; it's just fun to have a separate, illuminated, quick access keyboard - just for Logos!

For fun, here's a screenshot of my keyboard shortcuts, for just one program.
