Edit Display Options for Bible
I am not sure how to remove the "extras" that are displaying. I am really hoping for the bible verses to read normal and have Strongs availably. Does anyone know how to changes the settings?

Turn off the Discource Features (Hebrew) visual filter

For that you need to enable a reverse-interlinear - see https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016304852-Interlinears for some information about this
