Help- Multiple monitors-portrait

Hi,

I`m looking for a little help, if someone could be so kind.

I usually use my iMac 2 monitor set up with no problem. I have today set up my Windows PC with one main screen in landscape and 2 additional screens one to the left and one to the right of the main screen, both in portrait. As I recently upgraded this PC, I'd like to use my Logos over on it.

My problem is that when I right click an open resource and select 'open in floating window' the resource will not drag to either portrait monitor, I get a crossed out icon at my mouse pointer on the portrait monitor and it jumps back to the main monitor.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be, or what I could try. I've never used portrait screens on my mac, so is Windows Logos not able to work with a mix of landscape and portrait screens? Other software such as MS Word moves over to the portrait monitors with no issues.

I appreciate any help, as I would love to be able to work on my sermons on the 3 monitor setup.

Hi Duncan, yes Logos does work with multiple monitors (portrait and landscape) on Windows. I haven't got mine setup at the moment, but my best guess would be you're trying to drag the resource tab from the floating window (this does work in other programs), rather than dragging the actual window title bar to the next monitor (which does work in Logos), see pic below. Hope that solves it.
