I have brought this up in the past, but the post took a turn, so I'm starting a new thread.
I should be able to make extra payments or pay off my payment plan through the website. The inconvenience of having to wait during Logo's billing department hours, which are about the same as my work hours, seems backward. Not only would this be more convenient for customers, but also for customer service/billing.
As it is, I do not use them as much as I would because I often times want to put something on a payment plan for several months to make that first small payment with the intentions of paying it off within a couple of weeks. Since I know I'm going to have to call or chat later to pay it off, I just forget it.
Edit to Add: I know that some of you have strong opinions concerning the use of payment plans in general (to use or not to use), and I would ask you to use restraint and not express those opinions here, as the point of this thread is to make the current system more convenient, not to abolish it. If you would like to make your feelings about payment plans being offered or not known, please make your own thread for that discussion.
