Linking notes to all of my Bibles
My preferred Bible is the ESV. I have written or pasted several hundred notes using the notes feature. I would like to be able to see my notes when I open other versions of the Bible in Logos. Is that possible?

Yes, it's possible. If you created your notes based on the Scripture reference, you should be able to see them in all Bibles, once you have Notes and Highlights selected in the Visual filters menu. If, on the other hand, you created them based on the selected ESV text, you should be able to see them in other Bibles with the Notes and Highlights (Corresponding) option turned on, again in the Visual filters menu.
Here, I have two notes in the ESV Bible (far right), one on the reference and one on selected text. In the NIV, I have corresponding notes and highlights turned off, so you see only one note icon (this one is for the reference). In the CSB, I have both options turned on, so you see two note icons. Hope this helps.

Anchoring a note to a bible verse or range of verses will make that note visible in any bible that contains that verse.

The anchor doesn't have to be a full verse as per my experience. Sometimes, I attach a Note to a single word if I am doing a Word study. Still, I can see that Note in other translations.

In that case you will see that note in other Bible versions only if you have the Reverse Interlinear for both versions, as only then the "Notes and Highlights (Corresponding)" option is available. There would be no way for Logos to know which word to link the note to without actually linking them to the underlying word in the original language.
