Maps Atlas

I think this should be simple. Maybe it is a setting.
John 11:1 Now a certain man was ill, Lazarus of Bethany, the village of Mary and her sister Martha
I think I should be able to right mouse click "Bethany" and be able to find a map where Bethany is located.
Help me. Any Ideas. Do I need to purchase a book? I have tried for over 1 1/2 hours trying different stuff. Morris P using a older version. Could be I am doing something wrong or the program is needing adjusting.

I can’t explain why you are not seeing them. At first, I thought that maybe you didn’t have all of the features. But, after checking the web site, your package has the full feature upgrade.
I am at a loss and hopefully, someone else can help out.

One last idea/question. When you installed Logos, did you do a full install or did you choose to do the partial install option in order to save hard drive space? I’m thinking that if you chose to do the partial install that maybe some necessary things didn’t get installed.

Well, I think it was complete. How do I check?

Open your library and on the left hand side, expand "Devices". Check for "Not on this Device".
If that section does not appear, then everything is downloaded.
If it does appear and you have several books listed, then you have not downloaded everything.

everything is downloaded.
The fact that Atlas is not on the right side menu makes me think something else is going on yet.
I thought downloading the program again might work, but I did not do a complete uninstall hoping it might ask me for some kind of adjustment, but it said everything was up to date.

I’m sorry. I am truly at a loss then. Hopefully, someone else will see this and offer the solution.

I'm sorry to keep posting when I am obviously not helping much but I keep racking my brain on this.
Since Atlas is not showing up in the right click or the Factbook area, I am curious if it shows up under the tools menu.
If you click on the Tools button and then select Reference, does Atlas show up as an option? Can you click on it and open the Atlas?
EDIT: I think that the Atlas is dependent on the internet. Is your computer hooked to the internet?

FIXED!!!!
They had to have the program rebuild the AtlasManager folder. I now have Atlas icons in my bibles and when I open Factbook I have maps! I am one happy camper! Having the screen shots in the discussion helped me figure out that I had a problem.

Another option... less clicking

Very good! I’m glad they figured it out for you.

They ended up rebuilding the AtlasManager folder, which the program does automatically if you know what you are doing. Don't know how I messed that up or even if I did it.
