bump. I am really needing this fixed as soon as possible. I am in the middle of a huge writing project. Any help would be amazing =]

I personally would utilize Task Manager to try to identify the issue. But I'd suggest you simply turn off your computer, wait 10 seconds or so, restart and see if it now behaves correctly. If I get more time, I'll see if I can figure out the reason for the in-use module - but I am not a Mac user.
Keith, I have the same OS and the same issue. I'm sorry yours came at such a bad time. I hope you can use app.logos.com to get at least some work done until it's fixed. I can access my resources there.
Thanks for the report. We are currently investigating this.
thanks everyone, I appreciate the help. I was able to contact support to come up with a fix for now.
Hopefully there is a fix soon, I am in the same boat as Keith (OP)
I deleted Logos completely, restarted laptop, downloaded the software, re-installed it and still having same crashing problem.
Hi Ross - and welcome to the forums
What platform are you running on - Mac or Windows?
And do you know which version you reinstalled? I ask because I understand Logos have pulled 31.0 so shouldn't have been available to download
Graham
Thanks Graham.
I am running MacOS Big Sur (version 11.7.10)
Logos version 31.0.19 (pre logos 7 library)
Thanks for any help.
