Android crash in Notes

The latest version crashes when I try to add an anchor in Notes. I tried this on two Android devices so it's definitely a showstopper.

    Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience.

    However, I have good news.  This bug was fixed in the update we released yesterday.  You should not experience it any more after installing version 31.0.1.
