Please let us know a little more so that we can understand what we are working with.
Please tell us which operating system you are using.
Please attach logs to a post in this thread using the paper clip in the tool bar of the orange thing beside it.
I am sure somebody will be able to give you more advice.

Not sure if it is the same issue but my logos keeps showing error message The specific message is unable to access registry file when I try REPAIR through the App.This repeats every time I open Logos and all I can do is STOP DOWNLOAD but then I miss the update AND have to do it every time I open logos.
Hi Robert - sorry to hear you are having problems.
This does sound like a different issue - please start a new thread in this forum and describe what is happening. Please state which platform you are running and on which version of the Logos app you currently have

Thank you all for fixing the "Big Sur"Mac issue! I know having a 2014 MacBook Pro that can no longer take OS updates I shouldn't expect support...but I am very grateful that, at least for now, my old laptop is back in business with Logos working perfectly. I appreciate you all and am off to study Leviticus for tomorrow's Bible class. [:)]
