Which language setting did you use in the PBB tool when you compiled the personal book? I have numerous German books in which I use German Bible book abbreviations (e.g. Jak 1,13 for James 1:13) and these are recognized when I compile the personal book with my language set to German before compiling the book.
It might be necessary to indicate a Dutch Bible version when coding the Bible reference in the docx file, see info on personal Books Wiki page:
- [[Bible:Jn 3:16]] most Bible links are created automatically, which means you don’t need to tag them – however, you may explicitly refer to a datatype with a certain verse-map, such as BibleLXX or BibleLUTBIB1984, see Bible Datatypes

You may want to check the page at https://www.logos.com/bible-book-abbreviations for details (for English) on which abbreviations are recognized in Logos. Another page has similar information https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021229852-Bible-Book-Abbreviations
Is there a Dutch version of Logos user interface or are you using English as Logos user interface? Perhaps the software at this time may not be able to recognize Dutch book abbreviations.

May you test
[[Dutch >> English]]
[[Spreuken 3,6 >> Prov 3,6]]
Mmh I'm not completely satisfied with this solution. Because now the English don't work anymore in the search. May someone other has a better solution. So the foreign language and the English is working.
