I am looking at Philippians 3:12

Οὐχ ὅτι ἤδη ἔλαβον ✕›
SENTENCE bAlternativeἢ ‹✕ ἤδη τετελείωμαι ✕›,

Holmes, M. W. (2011–2013). The Greek New Testament: SBL Edition (Php 3:12). Lexham Press; Society of Biblical Literature.

I notice that elabon is an aorist and teteleiomai is a perfect. How would I search for this construction of an aorist tense verb used in close proximity with a perfect tense in order to see the similarity of how they are translated?  I have looked at the search tutorials and am still not sure how to do this.
