I enjoyed A Week in the Life of Corinth by Ben Witherington https://www.logos.com/product/32349/a-week-in-the-life-of-corinth
Then there's Witherington's "Conflict and Community in Corinth: A Socio-Rhetorical Commentary on 1 and 2 Corinthians" https://www.logos.com/product/7371/conflict-and-community-in-corinth-a-socio-rhetorical-commentary-on-1-and-2-corinthians
Most of the NT Backgrounds will give you what you more information..

Christian,
Bruce Winter is an excellent resource for 1st Century Corinth. David Garland's Commentary on 1st Cor has lots of Background material that would be beneficial for understanding the cultrure. Richard Oster also, when it comes to understanding the 1st Century World is absolutely amazing. I would google each of the their names separately combined with the term Corinthians (Bruce Winter, Corinthians, Journal Article). Hope this helps.

For me, Jerome Murphy-O'Connor's St Paul's Corinth was invaluable. The first part of the book offers a comprehensive curated survey of excerpts from the ancient literature of the time that speak of Corinth - particularly First century Corinth, the second part traces Paul's involvement with the colony and his church plant, and the third (most useful section) deals with what light the archaeology sheds on the culture of the city and the concerns raised in Paul's letters to Corinth. Highly recommended, but not available in Logos format.

When recommending a book that is not available in Logos, you might want to put in a request for it (for the benefit of others, even if you wouldn't buy it again) on the Feedback site. I've added a request for this one:

Article by Dan Cole “Into the Heart of Paganism” provides good background on Corinth and Ephesus (cities where paul spent most of his time while on his trips). Probably other essays in that would be of interest. I found alsmost identical essay in Biblical Archaeology Review
Craig Keener provides extensive footnotes e.g. in his Acts commentary and NIV cultural commentary
