Hi Savanna, just curious - are these fixes in 32.0.13/Beta 2, or will they be in the next beta release?

When I downloaded the update I now can't even start Logos. I now have a message that says "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC contact the software provider."

Here is a screenshot. I've never seen this before.

Recently I updated to Windows 11 but the previous version was working just fine. Everything just stopped working after this update. I also re-downloaded the app and still get the same message. I can't even start it in safe mode.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Bruce,

This could be one you refer to Customer Support as Logos won't even start.

I thought that I would give an update on my situation. I'm pleased to report that, after calling technical support, they were able to log onto my laptop and get things working again. I don't think this was an issue with the new update but rather an issue that my laptop caused when I tried to install the new update.

Bruce, maybe this helps or not, but your description reminded me when I bought a new laptop for a family member some time ago it came with Win 11. The OS out of the box had something I termed "kindergarden mode" where it refused to install or run software not coming from the Microsoft store (which included installing another browser than Edge). I googled from my PC and found that there's a switch to allow "normal mode" - MS surely calls this other names. Maybe your issue is related to that.

EDIT just saw your update, please disregard my post and glad to see you're up and running again /EDIT

    That's a good lesson NB.Mick. - Never use "kindergarten mode". [:)]
