Bug: Indexing seems to be broken.

Thanks for your replies Dave, Graham & Mike.
I did have a couple of pre-pubs come through, but it seemed to index ok. I think it was the day after that when I noticed the banner again. Logos indexed when I opened it and completed quickly. When I saw the banner, I ignored it and continued with my sermon prep for maybe 3 hours. When I had finished it was still there, so I shut down Logos then opened it again to check and it was still there. I closed Logos and when it was still there I posted in the forum.
I am running Windows 11 and update it every month when the patches are released. I have Edge and Brave browsers installed which are both up to date.
Dave: I'm pretty sure I don't have any personal books. I don't remember ever creating one and I looked through my Library and Documents and couldn't see anything.

Please provide a screenshot of your LibraryIndex folder at %localappdata%\Logos\Data\4xfmawz5.znr (paste this into File Explorer).

My apologies...
As you can see, it has 3 sets of indexes which should have been merged into one.
The sure cure would be to delete the LibraryIndex folder and then restart Logos. Ensure logging is enabled.

I deleted the LibraryIndex folder and started Logos in debug mode. It indexed fairly quickly and the folder has only one set of files now:

Whilst the index appears complete in your screenshot, some other updates did not complete.
I think you need to contact Customer Service as they can debug your computer to see what is happening.
