Unknown Highlight in NA28

The NA 28 GBS text highlights the text below in blue. These are separate hyperlinks for each word. Does anyone know why it is this way?

    Please use larger screen captures so we see the entire reference. It is not highlighted for me. Look in your visual filters ... perhaps a corresponding highlight? or for an open search.

    I was thinking the same, that it was a VF, but actually it is native to the text.
