When you hover over a verse your prefered Bible displays.
Is there a way to show two or more versions in that hover-over popup?

I'm not at my computer, but if you click one of the Function keys (F7 I think), it will bring up a text comparison pop up window. You can see multiple versions that way. I'll check later today and make sure that's the correct key.
