Resource Download Issue

I do not know if this is an issue related to running the beta version or not so I am posting here.

On my beta Logos install only (Windows 10 running in a Parallels VM) I get a resource that will not download.
The "Busy/Working" spinner keeps going and the resource does not download.

I have Started and Canceled several times.
I have closed and restarted Logos several times.
I have also restarted the VM several times.
The same resource does download on my Mac install under Logos 9, as well as on my laptop under Windows 10 and the current Logos release (31.?).
It also downloads on a different VM running Windows 10 and the current Logos release.

Since this only happens on the Beta I am posting here.

I vaguely remember seeing a post (but can not find it) on manually deleting a folder to fix a similar issue. I don't know if this is hat I need ot do or not.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Attached are my logs (I think).

The software version is Logos 32 beta 5, as per the announcement post on the Desktop Beta forum (or on the banner when you start Logos).

The last resource you indexed was LLS:JCPRNCEPREACH (paste that in the Command Box to see its title). What is the LLS number of the resource you are trying to download (look at the bottom of its Information page).

You can try deleting the following folders at C:\Users\Roy\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\xmr1qdo0.gks\

UpdateManager
DownloadManager
CloudResourceManager

then restart Logos.

Thanks Dave, this did the trick.

It was actually a different resource that was not downloading and this was from a few days ago so it was not the last one I had tried. (I had more resources download since then.) I should have tried the failed one and sent those logs. I'll remember this for the next time.

I should have mentioned the resource name the first time. Thank you for the advice. I'll try to remember these steps for the next time I run into this.

EDIT: I guess I really didn't answer your question. This was the resource I had issues with.

The main logos.log had some entries for this, but deleting the 3 folders was the solution.
