Copy/paste from Logos omits footnote text

I'm working with Logos on a PC, and when I try to copy a small section from a biblical commentary and paste it in a Word doc, none of the footnote text makes it over. The footnote reference numbers are present in the main text in Word, but not their content. The reason why I did the copy/paste in the first place was to get a clearer look at the footnotes.

You should ensure Copy Footnotes = YES in Program Settings.

Thank you; that worked! I had forgotten that there was such a setting, as footnotes had always transferred to Word docs before. Maybe the setting was reset during an update.
