logos 10 闪退,mac系统,闪退之后,再也不能登录。
只是简单的一个复制文字,立即闪退。过去几次闪退,还可以继续登录,几次之后,再也不能登录了。
按照如下提示登录,不能工作,操作预备讲章,立即退出。

    This user is having troubles logging into Logos after a crash. here is a translation: 

    logos 10 crashes, mac system, after crashing, can no longer log in.
    Just copy text and crash immediately. In the past few crashes, I could continue to log in. After a few times, I could no longer log in.
    Log in according to the following prompts. If you cannot work, please prepare the sermon and log out immediately.

    William - What specific version of the Logos app are you running? What specific version of macOS are you running?

    Normally, I would suggest that you enable and post logs, but since I guess the logs would be in Chinese, I don't know if any of the volunteers here would be able to read them. It would not hurt to provide them. See my signature line.

    macOS: Ventura 13.4.1

    Logos: v31.3.32 (2024, January)

    I can open and log in Logos currently, and I can also do some easy steps, for example, like opening the Bible or reading some inserted books or others' sermons, but as soon as I try to work on my own sermon note, the app crashes and reports problems. 

    I attached the LogosLogs, the problem report by the macOS system, and a screen-recording of the problem. I hope these help.

    Is "use internet" turned on in Preferences / Program Settings? 

    I'm afraid someone else will have to review the logs. Hopefully someone will chime in soon.

    I believe this is an instance of known problem that was just recently fixed in our Beta. We don't have a workaround, other than avoid the activity in the Workflow that is causing the crash. The fix should be available for all customers when version 32 ships in a couple weeks. Please retest at that time, and feel free to post again if there are continued problems.

    Like Andrew said, we believe this is fixed in Beta, but we'd like to confirm on our end. Could you provide the exact steps you took or record another video demonstrating everything you did while showing us the crash? 

    The video is somewhat unclear to me as you scrolls in a resource, then open a workflow from the homepage, but you mentioned you copied some text.
