Sync issues

I am having intermittent sync issues in Logos PC Application. Logos is having trouble with internet access. Sometimes it syncs, sometimes it does not sync. When I open it up it will sync but after 3-6 minutes of use I get the red "!" in the sync circle. Clicking the sync circle causes it to spin for a bit, but then the "!" comes back stating that there are sync errors. It also is not only in dark mode. I normally only get this problem only when my entire internet connection is unavailable. I have 3-4 bars out of 5. I have a few screenshots.

No this is where the red 'i' occurs at. It occurs when I am doing a complex study as far as I can see.

It was due to my virus checker as what a friend told me. He is a PC expert.
