Old Testament Prophets Timeline Resource

There is a thread about the dates for Old Testament Prophets:
https://community.logos.com/forums/t/204888.aspx?PageIndex=1
and in that thread, Gordon Jones posted a picture of a resource from his library called "Old Testament Prophets Timeline"
I own this resource, but when i click on it after doing a 'find' in my library, all i get is the spinning beachball. I've had to force quit and restart Logos (i'm running the most current version of Logos 10), and i still can not open this resource.
I went to Logos.com to search for the resource, and it does not come up in a search on the website.
I'm confused, and not sure what is going on, but it looks like an interesting resource, and i do own it since it shows up in my library as Type:timeline "old testament prophets timeline"

Hi there, John, FWIW I have Logos 10 31.3.32 on Sonoma 14.3.1 and those timeline resources open fine for me. Hopefully somebody helps you get this resolved quickly.

If not downloaded a panel should open with the message "This resource has not been downloaded yet.....". If so, click the "Download" button.

When i click on any of the resources to view the resource in the info panel of the library, i get the spinning beachball, so the info panel does not come up in the library. This happens even though i am NOT clicking on the TITLE of the resource. However, there is no reason why these resources would not be downloaded. All my resources are downloaded. I have never not downloaded any resource ever.
I'll call support today after they open.

Called Tech support, Diego spent almost an hour trying things on my computer remotely and could not solve the problem. A ticket has been created and i should hear back from them in the next day or two.
I was impressed with the competence and thoroughness of Diego in trying to help solve the problem.

And i asked him where/when/how i got those 8 Timeline resources. He looked it up and they came with the Scholar's Silver back in 2006. He says the same info is available in a newer version in the Advanced Timeline of Logos 10, but i'm unable to see or access those 8 timelines in Advanced Timeline or anything similar.

I have the same operating system and Logos version as you. When I filter by type:timeline I can get the Info pane to show but, like you, I get the spinning beach ball and have to force quit Logos and restart it. The Force Quit box shows that Logos is not responding.
I'm guessing that customer service has already downloaded your logs, so, I don't know if it will help or not, but I am attaching mine also.

Got a call from Diego in tech support saying that he's opened a ticket and that this is a known issue which is currently being worked on.
