Strongs references
I use the Logos app. I used to be able to select and hold on a word and it would give info on the word including the Strongs reference number. This feature no longer works. I use the ESV Bible

Try "double tap" the word then choose "more"....
xn = Christan man=man -- Acts 11:26 "....and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch".

Bruce, we recently made a change to remove Strong's and Louw Nida numbers from the Word Info cards in the selection menu. We chose to make this change because these numbers were not in a particularly useful location. Users were unable to copy these numbers from the Word Info card and paste directly to another location. There were several manual steps involved to extract information from these numbers and we believed that the manual work required did not outweigh the real estate it was taking up in the Word Info card.
All that being said, we'd like to gain more insight into how our users are using Strong's and Louw Nida numbers. What were you doing with the numbers when extracting them from the Word Info card? How did it benefit you having them front-and-center in the selection menu?
Thanks in advance for your insights!

Can't speak for others but.... For a long time I did not know how to enter and look up Greek or Hebrew words. So I went to Strongs and used Strongs numbers which from there I could get into Vines or Thayers or other Greek studies and dictionaries. Strongs Numbers, I thought, had become a standard because of people like me. They made it easier to "dive into" the Greek and Hebrew. But remember, I never was the smartest kid on the block... lol [8-|]

Thank you for your feedback. After careful consideration and listening to our users, we've added the Strong's number back into the Word Info card.
