Updated to 4.0c WHERE is the legacy-reverse-interlinear?
I've updated to the 4.0c. But I can't find out how to get the legacy-reverse-interlinear as illustrated in this screenshot
http://www.logos.com/media/blog/legacy-reverse-interlinear-display.png
As you can see below mine doesn't have the legacy reverse interlinear display.

Did you receive a large 1 GB download because that contains the "legacy" updates for the RI's?

From your screen shot, you don't have the updates because the "display" down arrow allowing you to select the inline/legacy RI is not available to you. I would exit the L4 program and re-sign in with you account information (and a live Internet connection) and the software should pick up the need to down load the missing files. If this doesn't work in the first few minutes, try "update now" and/or "update resources" in the command box and see if you get a message that "resources were found and will be downloaded." If all else fails, call customer service in the morning.

Is indexing still going on? (Do you see a Logos icon in the lower right corner of your screen?) I seem to recall that the Display button won't show up until that's finished.

Hi Aaron,
I wanted to ask what Logos Package you are using. Note that from the table in http://www.logos.com/comparison that the reverse-interliners only come with base packages, and not in the lowest level one (Home).
If you don't have one of the indicated packages, then maybe you don't actually have a license for the resource. Logos will of course be happy to sell you an upgrade I expect.
If you have one of the packages, but RIs don't show up, then of course continue to explore a technical solution.
Regards,

I've got the same issue and also not the home package (I think; who knows?; one of the forum discussions). Personally, I use the regular interlinears, not the reverse ones. But reading the Logos blog on the new update, it's getting a bit tiresome after 6 months of updates not to have a clue what you're supposed to have and how it's supposed to 'arrive'. Forum answers 'maybe the indexer' and so forth. It amazes me that a software company is so reluctant to provide guidance on some of the most basic of its processes.

Ted, in the initial post, it is clear he doesn't have the "Display" drop down you mention.
Just tried to duplicate your Bible, Chapter, Verse. It works fine here. I'd guess you had a problem with your download. Technical Support will likely step you through another upgrade to 4.0c.

Hi Aaron:
I'm having the same issue as you. I have been in contact with Support via e-mail (can't be in front of my computer during their office hours). I believe I will have an answer tonight when i get home from work. If so, I'll post here.
I have the Bible Study package and my KJV 1900 has the Display menu as expected (probably yours does, too), but the ESV doesn't. It's clear you should be getting the inline, since you have the 2 screen interlinear.

I have the same problem also. I cannot see the new legacy reverse interlinear, yet, I've downloaded the new 4c. Is there a way to solve this problem without re-installing? Thanks

I'm pleased its all working now.

Sorry I'm late on the discussion over here, but I had to use "update resources" to get all my interlinears in L4. "update now" didn't find anything new.
I didn't receive all of them automatically during the update.
I wonder why L4 sometimes misses the updates? This has happened to me a few times already, where I wasn't notified of any updates unless I manually used the update resources command.

Aaron / All:
I tried a few things unsuccessfully, then decided to uninstall / reinstall and everything is working correctly. ESV, KJV1900, NIV NT, NASB, NKJV, NRSV, LEB, NLT now show both views of interlinear. I am thankful for very fast internet to enable me to do this relatively quickly.

Ok! rebooted the systems, I restarted L4c. I tried update now and update resources. Still no success. I haven't tried re-installing the software. There has to be a simpler solution than complete reinstall.

It is a mystery why this happens. I tried to induce it with a 4.0b upgrade but it went as expected!
Try Set Update channel to Default. If that doesn't work you will have to re-install using http://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_multiple_computers
