I cannot get the video to load at all.
The audio does load.

That's the one, but mine has both audio and a video in the same resource.
The audio loads, the video doesn't.
Maybe the video needs to be pulled? I couldn't figure out how to send in the report in to the resource correction team (report corrections doesn't work on this), so that's why I posted here.

Your product page is the correct one. The link I included in the thread takes me directly to the video portion of the resource, then throws a "can't load video" error message.
Bug confirmed, Nathan. The video will not load in the desktop application, the iOS app or the Logos web app.
I don't know how much help this is, but when I purchased the Wallbuilders collection a number of years ago it was still on a cd.
I have the Keys to Good Government in audio, video and as a book. When I look at the website, all I see are the audio and monograph.
The product page only mentions an audio.
The actual resource itself has a working audio, but also has an embedded video that is not working.
I'm not sure if the video should be working or should be pulled entirely.
Either way, there's an issue here.
I am also seeing the same error in The Spirit of the American Revolution (Media).
This was fixed on Monday, 26 February (for all impacted resources). I tested it on the web app and it's working there for me. Are you still experiencing the error, Nathan?
Mark, I just tested both of the resources specified in this thread in the Logos web app. The video works in neither resource for me:
I cleared the cache prior to the test, so that the previous failure would not affect today's test.
Same failures in the desktop app (L10 32.1.31 on Mac OS Sonoma 14.3.1), which I tested immediately following the web app tests.
Still receiving the errors.
It looks like the problem was fixed for Chrome-based browsers but not Safari. Does that match your experience?
Thank you, Mark! That explains the disconnect. I was testing the web app in Safari 17.3.1, but my larger concern is that it doesn't work in the Logos desktop application. The web application is a nice option, but for my usage the number one priority would be getting resources working properly in the desktop application, then the mobile app, and the web app would be third in the hierarchy. I'm certainly grateful for all three, and want all three to work properly, but the web app is not the first place I would hope to see corrections.
