HELP: Drag and Drop Quotes
Hello!
I'm using my laptop for Logos 10 and I have used sermon builder where I can find quotes and drag and drop them easily into my sermon document. However, it stopped working from some point of time for some reason. I can still search quotes, but am no longer able to drag and drop. Is it some kind of version error?? How to fix this...!?

I've just tried this and it worked fine - on Windows 11
What platform are you working on?

I'm on WIndows 11 as well, using Logos App. It's very weird because my desktop at home is working fine on this matter, but this laptop doesn't. I haven't tried deleting and re-downloading the App as it took time for indexing. But, if that is the only way, I may have to try it.

Hi Jake
I am afraid I cannot help on the nub of your matter but I may be able to save you some time and frustration.
On the desktop it is rarely effective to delete and reinstall the program. If things are going awry it is almost always a malformed document, file or resource.
Deleting the Library is also a fruitless exercise.
If the bug is in the program replacing it with another copy will be ineffectual as the bug will only be fixed with the issue of the next, or subsequent, update.
You are more likely to find a solution here than by doing stuff.

Then it might help to eliminate things if you...
1 Give us a specific example of a quote you cannot drag.
2. Give us an explanation of the precise way it fails - eg does it pick up? does it drag? or does it simply not respond to being dropped.
3 Perhaps a screenshot?

Yes!
I does not pick up; both left and right click don't do anything. So, I cannot drag and drop.
It's not a specific quotes, but every quote the same.
I don't know how to screenshot to show that it is not working..?!

You are right Jake - I cannot pick up and drag an arbitrary selection of text and drop it on the sermon document.This is on a Mac so it is consistent between us but not, it seems for Graham.

Mike, I'm not talking about drage and drop the text from the Bible.
My trouble is from "Sermon Builder." As you know, on the right side of sermon builder, there is "quote" section that I can search by word for different quotes from different people. The result of the search is supposed to be drag and drop possible, but it's not working on my laptop, while my desktop is working fine.
