Jesus' identity within the synagogue

Interpreters questioned how Jews who believed Jesus was the Messiah developed a different identity within the synagogue. There were efforts to discern how tensions arose with Jews who did not share their beliefs and how the disputes in that first-century social setting contributed to the shaping of the gospel. I'm trying to remember if a single sentence in your question leadup has any support. I admit I read on the 'outside' of ortho-Christianity ... and recognize speculation, guesses, and terrible logic. I'm just surprised ortho-Christianity is also so speculative. I assume your sources are the usual Ph.Ds etc.

No, the answers to all your questions about Christian/Jewish sources for 1st and 2nd century history/church & synagogue history/theological history are the same because there is a very limited corpus of works from the period. All the secondary sources are also limited to the same small corpus and speculation as DMB would call it.

If you think of the possible sources of answers to your question, I would divide them into primary sources, later histories, secondary sources - history of worship, history of religions/theology, social history, and political history. Your concept map may be somewhat different than mine (concept maps are related to mind maps). If you take each of your questions and look at where you will find the answers, you'll see much overlap... hence, my comment that your asking for the same set of sources as you have already been given.
