Studying Cross References between 2 books
I'd like to explore which verses in Isaiah have a cross reference to a gospel. Is there a way to create a search which shows this? Or a visual filter etc? I remember finding a video about how to search cross references but I can't seem to find it again and my attempts have failed. I tried searching Isaiah ESV for <Matt -John>
Any help much appreciated.
An example of the kind of thing I'm looking for:
Isaiah 7:14 (Prophecy: Virgin birth) “14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.”
Fulfilled in Matthew 1:22-23 - "22 All this took place to fulfil what the Lord had said through the prophet: 23 ‘The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel’ (which means ‘God with us’)."

Hi John,
Do you have access to the interactive New Testament Use of the Old Testament? If you do does it fulfill your needs?

Try intertext:source:"Is 7:14"
Or you might find the New Testament Use of the Old Testament Interactive helpful
Interestingly this tool can do it - https://www.openbible.info/labs/cross-references/visualization?from=Isa&to=John
Is there a way in Logos?

The interactive presents allusions, echoes, citations and quotations. Graham would know the syntax necessary for a general search. Thanks, its a good start but it isn't broad enough. I'm looking for any type of cross reference. E.g. just an allusion.

You can specify types of cross references - here I'm showing all the options
intertext:(source:"Is 7:14" AND relationship:("echo" OR "quotation" OR "allusion" OR "citation"))
If you are interested in a subset of these, just remove the others from the search string
My reward to be of assistance! Would welcome Graham's posting syntax to report allusion, echo, citation and quotation. Edit: I see Graham beat me to my request. Thank you! Thanks so much for this help!
