Tabs moving back and forth bogging down desktop app?

I have restarted Logos twice, the second time closing everything that was open, then closing the app, before restarting and reopening the workspace.

Then I restarted the PC, but I still have tabs that are moving slightly back and forth on their own and it is bogging down the app to the point that I can't work with it.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
