Bug: Impossible to drag-select multiple lines of a note's text in iOS

To reproduce:
- Create a note with several lines.
- Since the note was just created, it appears as a pop-up from the bottom of the screen. (The selection behavior works correctly if you open the note in the Notes tool). Alternatively, to open an existing note as a pop-up, highlight the text where the note is attached and click on the note in the selection menu pop-up.
- Try to drag-select multiple lines of text. When you drag up or down, the whole popup will attempt to move up and down, rather than the selection dragging up or down.

bumping in hopes of getting a response
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Since this still hasn’t gotten attention, here is a video of me trying to select line multiple lines in a note: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AjD4JuF-0EgFi_5BKFy1uETPSrGaqA

Apologies for the late response. Thank you for sending a video. I can reproduce and will create a case for this.
