How safe are my resources in Logos ? what makes Logos different from Biblesoft ?

I still don't understand. I had a Professional Library from Biblesoft. (It was with Touch screen updated) when I tried to reinstall it on my new computer, it failed. I tried to contact the company, but there was no one to respond my request. If it were in the country where I live, I could have asked for my right. I don't know if there is any law that can justify their actions. It hurts from a company that deals with the Bible to happen like this. What makes Logos different from Bible soft?

It is still in business.
Majority ownership is held by a company with a record of moving companies from being innovative start-ups to sustainable businesses.
Logos is large enough that if it were to fail it would catch the attention of one of the software companies that keep failed software company's software alive for decades.

All that sounds good.... but .... I remember at one time GE was thought of as to big to fail.... Just saying. Something seems to be going on with Logos with all the changes we see at the top. Must be a tough board.
