The Complete Word Study: Old and New Testament Disaster!
I unfortunately recommended this book for word studies thinking that it had the features of my hard copy edition, sadly it does not. Moreover, this fact makes it AFAIK the most unusable resource in my library.
I apologize to Mike Kinch and all others who took my recommendation as informed and if you recently purchased this book my advice is that you reconsider. The thread I reference can be found here:

The book will require a major overhaul to make it useful. It is missing several features required for rendering it a book that can be used for word study. I will try to outline what it needs from the listed Key Features to put it right.
- Footnotes on key passages
- Extensive cross-reference numbering system
- AMG Greek concordance
- Hebrew and Greek word studies sections
- Strongs dictionaries (or at least Srongs numbers hyperlinked to this reference, my addition)
- Translational reference indexes

Hello Amodeo
It seems you're referring to the resource which is the old and new testament texts, but some of the features you refer to as missing are in the separate AMG books such as the Complete Word Study Dictionaries and the Translational Reference Index.

Let's unpack this a bit:
I unfortunately recommended this book for word studies thinking that it had the features of my hard copy edition, sadly it does not.
You wrote in that other thread that you use Zodhiates' Lexicon for word studies, but then you linked the "Word Study Old & New Testament" which is a KJV bible. This bible has probably some of the features of your printed Word Study bible, but not all of them in the same resource.
You say you miss footnotes. Actually I do see them - I don't own the printed book to compare their number and content, but they are very prominent with a blue key symbol, see my screenshot:
Regarding Strongs numbers, I've seen comments regarding missing those. Actually they are encoded into the Word Study bible and will link to the lexicon of your choice (which could be Zodhiates' Complete Word Study Dictionary: NT or its OT equivalent) by right-clicking the context menu. I think this is consistent with how links between bibles and other morphologically tagged texts and the lexicons work all over Logos. The Strongs also appear as pop-ups on mouse-over without clicking:
The morph-tags affixed to the English words are all links and open footnotes which link what you maybe referred to as "Translational reference"? At least they explain grammar, tenses etc - I don't know how this was executed in the printed book, maybe a glossary in the back?
Hope this helps a bit!
Have joy in the Lord!

Thanks, Mick! It helps a lot. Gao and Roger you too attempted to put me right. My apologies to LBS. The resource functions as intended. My confusion arose from the wrong headed notion that all the features would be self contained in the Bible. I have but one more question. Through out the Bible a symbol appears. I can't find any reference to the meaning or what it is meant to convey anywhere in the text.Does anyone know what this symbol refers to? The red arrow points to this symbol or character.
