It is not the book, but the layout UI. Use the vertical divider to change the width of the tile that contains the tab.
Well, I guess it was an anomaly. This morning it's loading fine.

1. Due to incompetent programming
2. Due to an exotic screen definition/monitor.
3. Due the peculiarities of a video card/driver
4. Some other reason that you might care to share with a curious but uninvested mate.

Possibly, but on the part of Microsoft. The UI is apparently attempting to adjust itself to the width of the panel. The video driver may be a victim of improper code.
