Issue with Biblica Open Persian Contemporary Bible 2022

I've added the Biblica Open Persian Contemporary Bible 2022 to my Logos library with the intention of using it in my studies, but also pulling it through to Proclaim for the Sunday services (we have a growing Farsi speaking community in our church). 

However, try as I might, I can't get the Bible to sync with Logos, open through the web browser version of Logos, or appear in Proclaim. I'm wondering, then, if there is an issue with the resource. 

If anyone has managed to get this working, I'd be grateful for advice/support.

    Hi Andy

    Is this resource actually type:bible?. On its reference page it looks like it may be an Ebook!

    If you click on the 3dots at the right of the tab and select 'information' does it show as compatible with other devices. I suspect that the issue is Proclaim not having a suitable font.

    Thanks for the response, Mike. 

    I'm not able to get it to download to Logos at all. When try and open the resource through the web browser version of Logos, it shows as unavailable. 

    But, looking at the product page again, I can see that it is an eBook - apologies I should have looked more careful. And so it probably wouldn't be suitable for my purposes anyway (using as a Bible within Proclaim).

    And you may be right regarding the fonts. That did occur to me as I don't think I have any Farsi material in either Logos or on my PC. 

    But if I can't use the resource as a Bible within Proclaim, I'll need to find another workaround regardless.

    Gold package, and original language material and ancient text material, SIL and UBS books, discourse Hebrew OT and Greek NT. PC with Windows 11

    It might be worth giving Customer Service a ring. Being in the UK I find that Skype is the most economical route.

    There is no file available for this resource.

    I suspect that the automated conversion failed, and so this product should not have been listed (because there's nothing to "sell"). I'll alert the team and they will make the decision of whether to retry the conversion or delist the product.
