For the Study Bible and Commentaries, I have the option to change the resource. Why don't I have the ability to change the harmony resources on the Gospels ... Eusebian canons is not necessarily my first choice.

This is by design but it should use the top prioritized harmony with results for the current verse. Otherwise, only the Related Books cards in Insights can change the resource.
Consider me on record for not liking that design choice.
