I use the radial calendar for my sermon planning and I love it.
However I have gaps when we have a guest speaker come in. Is there a way to mark a week as a guest speaker or special event without leaving that slot just empty?
I also love the calendar. I do not use the radial calendar, however I create sermon titles with the name of the guest speaker and "guest speaker" as the series name as place holders. I also do that for business meetings or anything else that would change normal service activity. I preach 3 sermons a week and Sunday School, so I love the organization of the Calendar.

see below - last week of April = "Bible in Life Conference" Speaker was Tim Mercaldo
mid August = "Dave Gone" is the series title.
Does that mean you are creating basically a blank sermon document just as a place holder?I hate to have accumulate several blank sermons over the years in my documents.
You don't need several. Just make one and add as many occasions as you need.
I didn't think of that! Great idea, thanks!

Good PRO tip I had not considered!

Instead of just adding "blank" sermons. IF your church records and/or podcasts your services, you can put a link in the "description" or "private notes" of the sermon doc for your guest speaker. Creates a way to go back and archive what your people have been taught.
