When I click "Hide owned resources" on this collection, it shows nothing available that I don't own already in this collection, but it still has a price.
So I unchecked "Hide owned resources" and there are indeed two volumes that I don't own yet:
The bug is that they didn't show up when I had "Hide owned resources" checked.
I have not seen this before. It must be something specific to the way this particular collection is configured and what resources I was missing.
