Bug: Insights does not recover after losing the Internet

I deliberately disconnected my Wifi and then selected Insights, which produced the error below.

I restarted Logos 33.0 (to show it would restart with Logos Pro) and then restored Wifi. But the message re-occurred with the same bible and "Try again" was not successful, whilst Insights was functional with other bibles.

Does the Insights bar require an internet connection? If so, why? Isn't it just pulling top resources from my library?

This is incorrect. It is providing an excerpt of The ESV Study Bible.

It currently requires an internet connection because it is currently based on the implementation used for the Web application. An alternate implementation is currently in progress which will directly make use of local resources while providing support for Cloud resources.

To be clear (after re-reading my comment!), it was my misinterpretation. Insights is providing excerpts as Andrew stated.
