Link a Logos “Book” Passage to a scripture Note?

I have a copy of “Typology“ in my software and I’m reading and marking. I get to a section about Israel:The King Priest Nation. One of the supporting scriptures is Exodus 19:6.

How can I put a LINK to that passage in the book in a NOTE tied to Exodus 19:6 ???

Would make a helpful reference- and I’d prefer not to copy and paste the passage into the note. I’d like it to work more like a hyperlink.

The way I would do it is to make an "anchor" in the note to the passage of the book you want to attach it to. Then the note icon will show both in the Bible and in the book.

I’d like it to work more like a hyperlink.

You can select the passage (or the heading to the passage) then using CRTL-ATL-C (on the PC) create a hyperlink to that passage.

In the Note on Exodus 19:6 you can highlight a word or text in the Note and then choose the link icon and paste in the hyperlink and hit return. This will now link your note back to the original text. The link won't seem like a link when you hover over the note indicator in Exodus 19:6. You have to open the note file to see it as a hyperlink.

I hope this makes sense and will accomplish what you want.

You build the note in the book and anchor to Bible passage, no way to do it the other direction.

If you forget (as I do), go to the three dot icon on the upper right of the resource tool bar, click on it, and towards the bottom you'll see five ways to 'copy location as....' For Notes you use L4. The keyboard shortcut is shown.
