Bug: With a Resource

When using the web app, when I try to open the following resource, Learning Biblical Hebrew Workbook: A Graded Reader with Exercises, it will not open it unless I go to limited View. It used to work normally.
Why does this resource only want to open in limited view?
I think this should be fixed.
