Dynamic Toolbar
Maybe someone from Logos can help. Has the dynamic toolbar been released for everyone yet? I received an email about the changes to the web app, but mine hasn't been updated yet.

Are you using Limited View Mode (in the settings)? It's only available if that's turned off.

I have limited view turned off, have deleted my cookies and cache and restarted my browser. I've tried it on two computers and it still doesn't appear. Thanks for the quick response.
