What is your opinion ?

I have a current subscription to Logos Pro and Logos connect. My Logos connect expires in about two weeks. I have all the features of Logos 10. During the uncertainty and confusion from Logos about the subscription, if I renew it, it means I am throwing my money through the window. Isn't that right?

From my understanding, the major benefit (and some would say only real benefit) of Connect is the feature sets. So, do you own the feature sets? Or are they part of your Faithlife Connect Subscription? Because, from my understanding (and I have not done the deep dives others have), if you don't have the full feature sets, Logos Pro early access won't work or something. I believe you had to have the full feature set to get included in the early access.

So, if I'm correct, I think you might be correct. If you own the full feature set, then ask yourself why do you have the Connect subscription? What benefit(s) do you lose/gain by stopping/keeping the Connect subscription?

I canceled my FL Connect No Library before it renewed. Since it will disappear and I already own the full features set, I went with Logos Pro for now. Hopefully, the full release of Logos Premium, Logos Pro and Logos Max later this year will offer extras like the Connect subscriptions provided.

Yes, I have the "full feature sets" and will continue to purchase them unless there is a change from Faithlife. If I have nothing to lose and nothing to gain by cancelling my subscription, and with the uncertainty and confusion of the Logos, I don't think I need to.

Decission:

I have the full set of features. I don't want to renew my Logos Connect subscription because I don't think I'll get any benefit other than a loss of money.

I'd also save my money, but I am also not spending at all with Logos until they give solid and straight responses. I personally would recommend everyone hold off on purchases until they actually give clear direction....

Depends upon what value you get from the free eBooks, courses you take, etc. For some, it doesn't have enough value added. For others, it does. Only you can actually make that choice.

My Connect subscription renews in October, so I am hoping to hear about the transition from Connect to the new Logos subscriptions. I'm looking forward to finding more out.

My Faithlife Connect renewed on the 29th of this month. I only own some of the features such as within Preaching Suite and a few others, I did subscribe for the trial of Pro, but never got a clear answer what would happen if I canceled my Connect so I reluctantly renewed. But I will cancel Logos Pro at the end of the trial because I am not paying for two subscriptions. I guess I will have to wait to see what they are offering this fall.
