But goodness. I hope the guy isn't a scholar. In-between 'seems', wild century-crossing data, and a 4th century consolidation assumption, his basics on NA are pretty good. His text types appendiix is being overcome by technology.
I would definitely say Nongbri is a scholar. I know he is the author of numerous articles on the palaeography and codicology of early Christian manuscripts.
