Bug-Typing not Confining to Quotes in Inline Search

Open inline search in a Bible (or any resource I imagine)

Place the cursor in between a set of double quotes and start typing

After the first letter is typed the cursor jumps outside the end quote to begin any further typingAngry

It doesn't matter if you have started with a double quote and typed a phrase and ended with a double quote, executed a search, then cleared between the quotes and started typing a new phrase, it still does it.

Too soon old. Too late smart.

I tried on a Mac M1 ... every which way I could thin ... seems ok.. As you type within quotes, it ignores the quotes for suggested word being typed (while retaining the quotes).

    Bump

Can someone with Windows 11 confirm this bug for me please.

This is an inline search from in the Bible or other book, not a fuzzy search from the search tool by the way.

Bill, I'm on  Windows 11, Logos Pro.  I was not able to reproduce the problem with the inline Bible search from within a Bible.

I have a later version than you reported.  Mine is at 34.1.9

You might try an update to see if that works for you.

    Hi Bill,

    Thank you Savanna,

This issue has been resolved for now. I'm not sure what caused it but the solution was to run a repair to the program from the old control panel and program settings menu in Windows. After that the problem went away. If it pops up again I'll let you know.

    Gary,

Thank you also for responding also. Are you on beta?
