Concern re:selection of cross-references in the Insights card

Running the insight function and the Passage guide on 1 Cor 12:8, I notice that entries can be in the top 5 in the Passage guide and not appear at all in the Insight card. What is the difference between the two lists i.e. what should my expectations be?

Note 1 Co 1:5 as in PG but not Insights.

Both lists are generated from your Bibles, so they should be mostly the same. The reason it isn't the same in your screenshot is:

We do some merging of references in Insights, whichwe don't do in the Passage Guide. (Hence 2:6-13 in Insights, and 2:6, 2:7, 2:6-13 in PG).
In this release, this card is online only, so whereas Passage Guide uses downloaded Bibles, Insights potentially gets additional data from cloud resources or from Bibles that are available in the web app but that you haven't purchased for the desktop app.
For performance reasons we limit the number of Bibles used when online, but don't limit the number of Bibles used when offline.

Just an FYI. This is personal response not a complaint on behalf of the average users. As you have probably noticed over the years, I am a stickler for being able to double check all the data supplied by Logos. Even though the reasoning for the difference is solid, my gut reaction to what looks identical only being similar is one of mistrust of the data. Given the different architectures, I don't see a solution other than a general, ubiquitous warning that platforms are similar not identical.
