Metadata Problem: Berean Standard Bible needs correct Subject

Please include Bible--English as the Subject.

    Ditto for The Holy Bible: A Translation for Translators. These are among those new open.bible Biblica bibles. The only other ones I have are a Hebrew NT and Literal Standard Version which has Subject "Bible.; Bible--English--Young.; Sacred works." which seems odd. Is it meant to be an English translation for young readers? The description of it doesn't say anything about that. And "Sacred works" doesn't show up in the subject of any other bibles in my Library, nor in fact any of the other books in my library.

    There are several other bibles that have only "Bible" not "Bible--English" (or other language) among their Subjects.

    This is just among the ones I own. There might be others.

    But the reality is, there is a ton of inconsistency in Subjects, and I doubt it will ever be perfectly cleaned up to our liking. A lot of it comes directly from library cataloguing data, which is done inconsistently.

    Come on FL. This is a simple fix!

    Also consider the Subject for The Book of Enoch (Bible) as "Enoch (Biblical Figure)" should be something like  "Bible:OT:Enoch-Greek"

    Dear Dave and Rosie,

    Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. The Subjects of The Book of Enoch (LLS:BKENOCH) have been updated.

    Regarding the Berean Standard Bible and the other open.bible Biblica Bibles, these are produced via an automatic process from a feed provided by Biblica, which runs frequently to update the resources as we receive new metadata or updates to the content. For this reason, any manual metadata changes will be overwritten. I have submitted a report to investigate this issue and eventually update the titles mentioned here.

    Any progress? The subject metadata in particular affects our collection rules for bibles as subj:bible-English is needed for complete English bibles.
