WordSearch books not following link?

I had noticed this behavior before but thought it was the way I set up my layout to be the problem. But, that's not the case. Let me explain...

I have a layout whereby I have WordSearch Lessonmaker Outlines and WordSearch Outlines open in the layout and both books are linked to my bible with linkset "A".  When I scroll with my bible to a book, both books do not "automatically" scroll.  I have to manually choose the book for them to go to that book.

I think both books should automatically follow my bible when I scroll with it. What am I missing?

Thanks

Have you checked that they are indexed by Bible references?

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

No. How's that done?  I would think that would automatic like all other books?

It is like all other books. Open the information panel and scroll down to Indexes. Does Bible reference appear there?

WordSearch Outlines is indexed on Bible, however LessonMaker Outlines is not indexed at all.

Okay, so LessonMaker Outlines cannot be in a linked set period. Remove it and see if WordSearch Outlines now follows correctly. I've never tried to put an unlinkable resource in a linked set so I don't know what the side effect might be beyond that it won't link.

Thanks to you both. I appreciate your helping.

Yes. Remove LessonMaker and WordSearch Outlines now scroll... but shouldn't LessonMaker scroll also?  why not?

Also, how do I tell if they are indexed on the bible or not? Scratch that... I just had to read! Thanks.

    Thanks.

but shouldn't LessonMaker scroll also?  why not?

Because it doesn't have a Bible index. Scrolling together means keeping the books at the same entry on an index.
