How do I open a Resource from MS Word
I'm putting together a reading list of Orthodox books in MS Word. What I want to do is insert a link (hyper) in that Word doc.
Is this possible?

- open book in Logos
- hit home to go to title page
- open panel menu (upper right)
- near the bottom select URL
- paste this into Word in the usual manner
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Is there a way to have a link in Word so that Logos opens on the desktop and not online? And to a specific page?

Instead of selecting Copy location as URL, copy it as L4, and that link should launch the desktop app when you click on it.

Use the L4 format

Be open to that page when you capture URL/L4 ... the location is the top line of the panel not selected text, if any.

Modifying MJ's instructions:
- open book in Logos
- go to the specific page to which you want to link
- open panel menu (upper right)
- select the L4 option instead of URL
- paste this into Word in the usual manner
See https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022299852-How-do-I-create-links-to-content-in-Logos for more information.
Note, when I did this on my computer running Windows 11 with Word 2021, I get a security information warning after clicking the link but it then does take me to the correct book and location in Logos.
